Working Principal

All vessels are constructed using S.S. 316 grade stainless steel sheets and are cGMP compliant. Each vessel is jacketed, insulated, encased, and equipped with an appropriate agitator assembly. In, wax is melted. Water is heated in a water heating vessel, and wax is melted in a wax melting vessel. Vacuum is used to automatically move wax and water into the production vessel.

Both wax and water are homogenised in the production vessel to generate a homogenous emulsion, which is then cooled by flowing chilled water through the jacket of the manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion has been generated, active components such as colours and other additives are added and properly combined and homogenised. Later, if necessary, scent is applied in the case of cosmetics or wherever it is required. The ointment / cream has been prepared. The same is transported into the storage vessel through bump pump. & it is automatically moved from the storage vessel to the filling machine through metering pump. The flow rate of the Metering pump may be adjusted to match the speed and capacity of your tube filling machine.

These are typically cylindrical containers with hemispherical or dished bottom vessels and unfastened top lids. If the client requests it, the top is sometimes sealed with dished ends. Depending on the client’s preferences, the vessels are jacketed with either steam or electric heating. A propeller-type agitator is delivered from the top and is powered by an appropriate HP motor based on the vessel capacity. For closed type containers, a bottom entry agitator is supplied. Water is heated and melted in the vessel to temperatures ranging from 60 to 80 degrees Celsius, depending on the operation. This hot water is then transported to the production vessel. The tank features an exit valve with din fittings for connecting a suitable pipeline. A 100 mesh conical filter is supplied to filter out any contaminants from the water.
MANUFACTURING VESSEL
Cylindrical jars with hemispherical or dished bottoms are used in manufacturing. The vessel’s top has a dished end as well. Between the vessel and the top lid, a silicone gasket is supplied. In the production vessel, there is an agitator assembly with a bottom entrance homogeniser and a top dual speed anchor agitator. For cleaning, a hydraulic lifting of the top cover is provided in the production vessel. All vessels have appropriate nozzles, manholes, valves, and so on. The vessel also comes with a jacket that may be used for both heating and cooling. However, cooling is the primary function of a production vessel. Full vacuum can be applied to the manufacturing vessel.
